I am an environmentalist with 40+ years experience in protecting and enhancing our air, land and water.    

My career began in 1983 at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency ’s Office of the Director, where I advocated for and advanced environmental policy and programs.  In 1990, I joined Waste Management, Inc. and worked in the Midwest and in New York City -- some of the most dynamic markets in the country.  

In 1999, I transitioned to Republic Services, Inc., where I  served as the Executive Vice President of Communications. In 2013, I moved to Long Island to join Winters Bros. Waste Systems, one of the finest family-owned and operated companies in America.  

Today, I apply my vast expertise to regional and national environmental issues  and provide consulting services to organizations seeking to improve sustainable operating practices, expand environmental programs and navigate complex environmental regulations.
